Information:
Stainless steel interceptor tank and powder coated Hydraulic Cart. Less than 10 Ohms of resistivity. This unit is equipped with a Coalesing Filter Element (CFE) for moisture removal. An optional true HEPA Filter (H14 is also available. This unit has been designed for the recovery of metalic, conductive and explosive dusts into an immersion liquid bath such as water, parafin oil, mineral oil, etc. This unit renders any hazardous dust inert.
This unit can be converted for the recovery of fuel, solvents and acids. The heavy duty powder coated Hydraulic Cart allows for the unit to be lifted up to 36" (91 cm) above the ground so that contents can be emptied into a recovery conatainer for disposal.
- All Stainless Steel AISI 304 construction (except cart).
- Continuous duty single or 3-phase motor.
- For metal dust recovery into an immersion bath.
- In accordance with ATEX 100a, Directive 94/9/EC for Category 2 ATEX Zone 1 (Gas) and ATEX Zone 21 (Dust) potentially explosive atmospheres.
